As I age, my love of nature seems to deepen. So I’m writing this blog to make our human links to nature more conscious. We arise from nature and owe our existence to the natural world that we’re a part of.
I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I’ve spent most of my life doing a variety of visual art work and, in recent years, have surprised myself by turning to poetry writing.

Todmorden Mills, The Brickworks and the Bruce Peninsula are three places near and dear to my heart. To see so many photos of them brought a smile to my face tonight, so late into this long winter. Thank you for this.

My son was married in Todmorden and worked at the Brickworks. Add to that living in Bruce County for 35 years, a love for (gasp) Toronto and you can understand why I enjoyed browsing your site. Keep up the excellent work.
